FUN, FAST, FIT!! Features fun, fast-paced drills to heart-pumping music to give players of all abilities a high-energy workout. 

It's a great way to burn some calories, meet new players AND improve your tennis. Includes a warm-up, cardio segment,

and cool-down phase.


 Times:
* Hit & Fit: Friday 1-2pm - Go into the weekend feeling good!
* Top Guns: Friday 1-2pm - Intense (Level RRC USTA 4.0 & Up) Feel the burn and increase your agility and endurance!

* Rise & Shine: Saturday 9-10am - Start your day off on a high!
